Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Delivery Policy

Cancellation policy

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; full refunds will be made to the original payment method used by the customer.

Please allow between 10 to 45 days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company and to show up on your statement.

Returns

In order for your return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition as well as in its original packaging, with all product and shop labels attached.

For a full refund (if applicable), returns must be received within 15 days from the date of purchase. We suggest you ask the post office for a receipt showing the mailing date and the recipient of the return. 

Please note that we will not refund your card or your Paypal account but will instead credit your online user account (shop credit) for future purchases, with the total amount from the item(s) returned.

If the item is received late, between 16-30 days from the date of purchase, a partial refund on the user account of 50% of the item value may be granted as shop credit, provided the returned item meets all the conditions.

No refund or exchange will be granted for returns received over 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we are under no obligation to return the items we receive over 30 days after the date of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)/Exchanges

Please note that refunds are only issued for returned items that are not as described on our website. In all other cases, the item will be exchanged for another size or available color in the same model. In case the desired size or color is not in stock and doesn’t become available to us within ten days of receiving your returned item, we will credit your user account with the appropriate refunded amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, or the exchange of your item.

If your refund is approved, it will be credited to your online user account within three days after notification.

Please note that we do not exchange custom made items and special orders, unless they are defective or arrive damaged, in which case they are either replaced, exchanged for an item of equal value, refunded to our customer’s user account (shop credit) or to his/her original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund (shop credit) on your user account a maximum of three days after being notified, please contact us via e-mail at info@doketti.com

Sale items

Sale items are sold as is and can neither be refunded nor exchanged.

Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or have arrived damaged. At Doketti, we always take great care in packaging your items. However, if the item you received was damaged during shipping, please inform us immediately via e-mail at info@doketti.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate in the amount of its present value, according to the date on which your returned item is received. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to him/herself to give to you directly, you will be given the choice to either exchange your returned item for the same model in another size or available color (stock permitting), or for another item of equal or lower value (not including shipping costs).

You may also choose to create a personal user account online at doketti.com and ask to have the present value of the returned item credited to your account (shop credit), to use on a purchase at a later time. 

Once the returned item has been received and inspected to our complete satisfaction, we will either e-mail you the gift certificate, mail you the chosen exchange item, or refund the present value of the returned item to your user account.

Delivery/shipping policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. In the case of an item exchange, our shipping costs will be billed to you and will need to be paid by cash on delivery.


We currently deliver to Switzerland only via Swiss Post. 

Our normal delivery time is 7 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally (yet).

Delivery time may vary depending on our stock. We will notify you of any major delays.
